Karolina Belen is a nationally recognized leader in professional development, adult education, and workforce readiness. She currently serves as the Director of Membership Engagement and Professional Learning at Advance CTE, where she leads strategic initiatives to support state and local leaders in advancing high-quality career and technical education (CTE).
Previously, Karolina served as the Senior Manager of Professional Development at SkillsUSA, where she designed and led large-scale learning initiatives that connected classroom instruction with real-world career pathways. Her virtual and in-person professional learning programs engaged thousands of educators and industry partners to promote durable skills and workforce readiness.
With over a decade of experience and a background in English Language Arts and TESOL, Karolina brings deep expertise in adult learning, equity-centered design, and skills-based education. She is a Certified Professional in Training Management and holds credentials in performance leadership and instructional facilitation.
