Designing for Value Convening

Advance CTE is excited to invite you and your team to the Designing for Value Convening in Atlanta, Georgia November 16-18, 2026. Join us for three days of collaboration and in-depth insights into increasing the value of industry-recognized credentials for your state’s learners.

Agenda 

• Arriving November 16th at 1:00 p.m. to begin registration and opening plenary at 2:30 p.m.

• Closing November 18th at 12:30 p.m. 

Travel Coverage 

• Advance CTE will provide travel and lodging costs for 5 team members

  • 2 nights at convening hotel

  • Up to $500 in airfare per team member

  • Per diem meals and mileage at GSA rate + provided meals

• Please complete the linked form by Friday, September 11 to declare which team members are attending and which specifically you would like covered by Advance CTE.

  • Additional team travel outside of the 5 can be supported by the grant stipend or outside funding. Choose intentionally with your teams to ensure cross-agency representation at the convening. 

Registration and Hotel Reservations

• A detailed registration link will be shared with all identified participants by Monday, September 14.

• A room block will available for select participants until Monday, October 19. 

• Registrants noted as not being covered by Advance CTE will not have access to the room block until all initially identified team members have been given the opportunity to book.

• If your team member lives within the Atlanta Metro area and will not need a hotel, mileage and parking fees will be covered by Advance CTE.

• Reimbursement documentation will be shared will all participants as needed.
