Event Policies

Cancellations:
All cancellations must be submitted by email to [email protected]. To receive a full refund, a cancellation request must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on September 16, 2024. Cancellations received between September 17 and October 7, 2024, will be refunded 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations received starting October 8, 2024 will result in no refund. If a registration has been made and the registration fee is not paid prior to the cancellation request, the registrant is still responsible for any applicable unpaid fees. Meeting no-shows will be responsible for paying the full registration rate. Advance CTE is not responsible for weather-related travel delays, illnesses or other issues in regard to personal travel. No refunds will be given due to these occurrences, once the cancellation window has closed. 

Other Waivers:
By registering, I am granting permission for the use of my name, voice and/or likeness related to my participation in any event affiliated with the Advance CTE Fall Meeting. I waive all rights to any compensation and approval of the images, audio and/or printed and electronic material in which they are used. I release Advance CTE and its employees and agents from any claims, damages or liability.
