Wayde Sick

Wayde Sick has been involved in education and workforce development for over 20 years. His first role with the State of North Dakota was as the Workforce Division Director for the North Dakota Department of Commerce. In May of 2018, he was named the State Director for the Department of Career and Technical Education (CTE). Prior to serving for the state, Wayde was employed with the Burdick Job Corps Center in Minot from 2003-2011 where he served as an academic instructor, CTE Manager and the Deputy Center Director. Wayde has a bachelor’s degree in Social Science Education and a master’s in management, both from Minot State University.
