Dr. Joy Rich has 25 years of experience in K-12, postsecondary education, and workforce development, currently serving as the Manager of Workforce Development and Community Relationships for Nissan North America. With a strong belief that "A Rising Tide Lifts All Boats," she is dedicated to dismantling barriers and creating growth opportunities. Dr. Rich has been instrumental in establishing the Nissan Centers of Excellence, aligning K-12 education with industry needs by integrating technical training and work-based learning. Her leadership continues to bridge the gap between education and industry, preparing a dynamic and resilient future workforce.
