Paul Mattingly

Paul Mattingly joined Advance CTE as a Senior Policy Associate. Paul will be supporting Advance CTE's state policy team in a variety of programs including the National Career Clusters Framework®, Contribution to Society: Exploring Purpose-Driven Framing for Career Pathways, and state policy tracking for legislation impacting CTE.. Prior to joining Advance CTE Paul worked in workforce development, first in the post-secondary realm at Berkshire Community College as the Director of Workforce Development for Advanced Manufacturing and then in the regional non-profit realm at the MassHire Berkshire Workforce Board as the Manager of Industry Relations. Prior to this focus, Paul spent 15 years in the private sector in the manufacturing field in a variety of sales, marketing, management and supply chain roles.

Paul is originally from Connecticut but now lives in the Berkshires region of Massachusetts. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Central Connecticut State University, a Graduate Certificate in Public Management from the University of Massachusetts and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Policy also at the University of Massachusetts.
